Nautic-Life.it is a brand owned by Camping-Life di Ferrari Alberto, therefore:

The products purchased will be handed over by Camping-Life to a courier, who will in turn deliver them to the address indicated by the Customer, unless collection in person at our premises has been requested.
Each shipment contains only the goods ordered; receipts or invoices are sent in electronic format to the email address specified during registration and to the tax drawer of users with a VAT number.
Camping-Life, pursuant to art. 22, paragraph 1, no. 1, of Italian VAT Decree 633/72, which allows the seller, in the case of mail-order sales, not to send any tax document and to record sales only in the daily takings, sends private users exclusively a non-fiscal receipt, and only if the user expressly requests it at the time of the order will an accompanying invoice be issued; for users with a VAT number, an accompanying invoice is issued.
The goods travel at the customer’s risk, who becomes the owner at the moment the parcel is delivered to the courier. Damaged shipments without insurance will be refunded by the courier according to the legal limits (1 € per kg). Shipments for which optional insurance has been requested will, at our sole discretion, be replaced or refunded for the value of the damaged material, or partially refunded if the customer decides to keep the damaged product. The customer has 7 days from delivery to report any transport damage to us; after 7 days, claims will not be accepted. If a specific reservation is not written on the courier’s delivery note or handheld device at the time of collection when the parcel appears damaged, it will not be possible to enforce the optional insurance in any way.
Deliveries of products will be made on all working days. Delivery of the Products by Camping-Life may be split into several shipments, without this entailing any liability for Camping-Life.it; in the case of split cash-on-delivery shipments, the total amount of the order must be paid to the courier upon the first delivery, and nothing more will be due for subsequent shipments.
Camping-Life uses the following carriers for delivery of the products:
SDA, Poste Italiane, GLS, BRT, FEDEX, TNT and others, and is free to use or replace the courier with the most suitable one at its sole discretion.
The couriers normally used do not make prior phone calls and do not manage requests for delivery at specific times. Indicatively, without this being binding for Camping-Life and subject to market and warehouse availability of the products and to any force majeure, the goods will be delivered by Camping-Life to the courier within 48 hours from the first working day following the date of receipt of the order in the case of payment by credit card, PayPal or cash-on-delivery payment to the courier, and within 48 hours from receipt of payment in our bank account in the case of payment by bank transfer.
Orders will be processed only when all goods are fully available.
If the customer wishes to receive immediately the goods that are available and postpone the delivery of the products that are not yet available or on back-order to a later date, he must choose double shipment by indicating this request in the order notes; in this case, the cost of the second shipment will be charged.
If a “Free Shipping” promotion is active, the second shipment will still be charged to the customer.

Delivery times and related costs depend on the shipping method and the chosen carrier:

Express courier SDA/GLS/FEDEX/TNT (Italy only): 1–3 working days (2–4 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia).

Express courier BRT (Italy only): 1–3 working days (2–4 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia).

Camping-Life ships within the EU free-movement-of-goods area (5–15 days) and outside the EU.

In the case of shipments outside the EU, delivery times depend almost exclusively on customs clearance times and can reach up to 60 days.

Cash-on-delivery service entails an additional cost which varies according to the chosen carrier.
During “Free Shipping” promotions Camping-Life reserves the right to choose the shipping method.
The Customer must check that the parcel is intact, not damaged and not wet.
Only after such verification should the Customer accept the delivery; afterwards, no claim can be made regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered in relation to the order placed. If, instead, there is no correspondence between the order and the delivery, or if there is damage, according to the procedures mentioned above, the customer must still accept the goods and raise the claim directly to the carrier by adding the note “Goods accepted with reservation – damaged parcel”, and then send an email to vendite@nautic-life.it

The prices shown on nautic-life.it include VAT. All images shown on the site are for illustrative purposes only and therefore not binding; the product may show minor differences due to modifications or updates applied by the supplier.

In the event of price changes due to errors or unexpected changes in supplier price lists, Camping-Life.it may reserve the right to cancel the order, even if it has already been paid. In this case we will contact you within 2–3 days to agree on how to proceed (full refund, order modification with additional payment or refund of the difference depending on the requested change).

We reserve the right to accept or refuse orders placed, and in any case until the stock is exhausted.
We also reserve the right to change the terms of sale at any time.

Products purchased through Nautic-Life are subject to the laws of the Italian Republic on trade, which provide for a legal warranty period of 2 calendar years for private consumers and 1 calendar year for companies.
This warranty applies to products that show non-conformities and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product is used correctly and with due care, i.e. in accordance with its intended use and with the provisions of any technical documentation, and in compliance with the various operating instructions contained therein.
This warranty does not apply in the event of negligence, improper use or poor maintenance of the product, normal wear and tear, connection of the product to electrical systems or any other kind of non-compliant connection, or work carried out by non-qualified personnel. The warranty is personal and therefore applies only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for resellers, dealers, etc.
Any malfunction of the products must be reported in writing by the customer within the legal period at the time of returning the defective product; such return must be previously agreed with customer care at vendite@nautic-life.it.
Camping-Life reserves the right to verify the defect actually reported by the customer and to proceed with replacement only after such verification.
The request will be processed only if the returned package contains the following documents: receipt or invoice of purchase, a copy of the email authorizing the return of defective goods issued by our staff.
Return shipping costs remain at the Customer’s expense. In specific cases we may agree to bear the costs in the event of SHIPPING ERRORS or NON-CONFORMING GOODS. In all cases, return costs are borne by the customer if the RMA request is sent more than 14 days after receipt of the parcel.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to and within the limits of the Italian rules on distance selling, the customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of the ordered goods.
This right applies to all products on the Nautic-Life.it site, with the strict exclusion of products delivered sealed and subsequently opened by the Customer (liquids, chemicals etc.). The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are not immediately available in stock and therefore ordered from our supplier exclusively for the specific customer, nor to items not listed on the site and ordered from our supplier on purpose.
Again pursuant to the Italian rules on distance selling, the right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for customers defined as “consumers”, i.e. natural persons who purchase products for their own use and act for purposes not related to any professional activity carried out, excluding therefore traders, resellers, professionals, etc.
Methods for exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send, within 14 working days, a registered letter with return receipt, or also a communication by telegram or telex, confirmed by registered letter within the following 48 hours, to the following address:

Camping-Life will send the order to re-credit the cost of the returned goods within fourteen working days following shipment of the goods by the customer and in any case not before receipt of the goods.
This operation will be carried out through the credit institution that issued the Card used, or by crediting the bank account or PayPal account indicated by the Customer.
Return shipping costs remain at the Client’s expense.
Camping-Life will consequently reject any product returned not properly packed or in any case with methods different from those specified above, as well as products for which the return costs have not already been fully paid by the Customer.
Camping-Life will reject any product if the customer has not fully paid return shipping costs; or if the terms and conditions set by law for communication of the withdrawal have not been respected; or if the product has not been packed in its original packaging, or is not complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally included.
Products returned with opened packaging, or which by their nature, once removed from the packaging, can no longer be resold as new (for example motorhome or caravan covers, etc.), will be refunded with a 20% depreciation on the purchase price.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products sold by the metre and therefore cut to length (thermal fabrics, seals, etc.) or in any way customized or modified at the customer’s request.

Camping-Life di Ferrari Alberto, pursuant to the applicable legislation and for the purposes of Italian Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196, informs its customers that:

the personal data provided at the time of placing the purchase order and/or issuing the invoice are excluded from the data subject’s consent, as they are collected and held solely on the basis of the tax obligations required by law, regulations and EU rules and, in any case, only in order to allow the proper execution of the obligations arising from the purchase contract of which the customer is a party and/or for obtaining the necessary pre-contractual information, always and exclusively activated at the customer’s request.

In particular, Camping-Life di Ferrari Alberto specifies that the personal data provided by its customers will not be used for third-party commercial information, or to send third-party advertising material, or for market research or interactive commercial communication, unless the Customer has previously expressed consent.

We guarantee that personal and confidential information such as name and surname, telephone number, email, address etc. will not be disclosed in any case to third parties or companies that are not directly involved in the purchase process, shipping or any management of warranty service and not of the product itself.

We have adopted the minimum security measures for the processing of your personal data. We undertake to adapt these measures in accordance with any subsequent legislative amendments, as well as in relation to technological developments in the sector and the experience gained.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), you may at any time request the modification or deletion of your personal data by writing via registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

Jurisdiction and competent court
